Tampa second baseman Sun-ho Pang really lit up the Cherry Hill Mall Jayhawks with a 5-hit barrage today at Millionaires Stadium -- a performance that sparked the Millionaires to a 10-2 triumph.
He shrugged off the performance after the game and said, "Sometimes the ball finds outfielders, today the ball found some holes."
S. Pang singled in the 2nd, singled in the 4th, hit an RBI single in the 6th, hit a two-run double in the 7th and hit a solo-shot off S. Soto in the 9th.
In the 2019 season Pang is batting .407 with 24 hits and 1 home run. He has scored 20 times and batted in 5.

Relying on pinpoint control and a good array of pitches, Fernando Piña of the Tampa Millionaires held the Baton Rouge Metropolitans scoreless today. He scattered 6 hits over 9 innings and fanned 3 on his way to the 5-0 victory.

It wasn't just another day at the ballpark for Lorenzo Machado. It was very special day, one that many players never experience. But he did. Machado went on a tear at Millionaires Stadium and cracked hit after hit off Lebanon pitching.
When the dust settled on the diamond, he had a career 5-5 day and something he will long remember. "Yeah, it'll be something nice to tell the grandkids, but I don't think I'll tell we lost," he laughed in the SION postgame interview.
Machado got the accolades today and the Lebanon Comets walked off the field with a 11-9 win.
L. Machado doubled in the 1st, singled in the 2nd, singled in the 4th, singled in the 6th, walked in the 7th and hit a two-run home run off Á. Salinas in the 9th.
