 | Thursday, July 18th, 2019: Thunderjets and Joy Riders Agree to Swap The Sacramento Thunderjets have parted ways with 25-year old catcher Arturo Ramos and 21-year old minor league starting pitcher Alfredo Solano, sending him to the Kansas City Joy Riders for 31-year old reliever Jesús Martínez. The Thunderjets general manager confirmed the deal in an announcement this morning. Ramos is batting .409 with 1 home runs and 5 RBIs this season. This year Martínez has earned 1 save, worked 52.2 innings, fanned 27 hitters and recorded a 2.39 ERA. He has also put up a 3-0 won-lost mark. |
