 | Saturday, June 1st, 2019: 3-HR Game for Bleasdale It was a good day for Dallas and an exceptional day for Gary Bleasdale. The 32-year-old first baseman sent 3 bombs out of the park to help the Sundogs beat the Baltimore Cayugas 7-2 at Ballpark of Dallas. Following the game, he was asked about his performance. "When you're in the zone, the game really slows down," Bleasdale commented, "I couldn't even tell you what pitches were thrown. Today feels great, but it is a long season and tomorrow is another day." For the day he scored 3 times, drove in 6 runs and smacked 3 hits in 4 at-bats. G. Bleasdale hit a solo-shot off R. Aguilera in the 1st, flied out in the 4th, hit a solo-shot off R. Aguilera in the 6th and hit a GRAND SLAM off J. Kidd in the 8th. In 2019 Bleasdale has hit at a .374 clip with 82 hits, 17 home runs, 50 RBIs and has scored 41 times. |
